Session One: Kickoff Experience
High Energy Assembly
An engaging, high-energy assembly that introduces the Interview Connection Challenge and gets students excited about developing their connection skills.
Session Two: Practice Lab
One-on-one practice with peers
Students practice interview skills with their peers in a supportive environment. Includes videotaping peers to enhance skill development and allow students to see themselves in action.
Session Three: Real Interview Challenge
One-on-one interviews with adults
The culminating experience where students conduct one-on-one interviews with adults. Feedback form based upon ability of students to connect with adults.
