8 Week Schedule

Tap on each week to learn more about what students will discover.

1

Week 1

Creating The Life You Want — It's All Skills

Most people drift through life without ever stopping to think about where they're headed. This week helps students understand that thriving isn't about luck or talent — it's about learning specific skills that shape relationships, character, and future success. Students begin to see that the life they want is something they can intentionally build.

2

Week 2

Skills To Build Connection

Likeability is not about being popular or changing who you are. It's about simple, learnable behaviors that make others feel comfortable and valued. This week teaches students practical techniques that improve first impressions, strengthen connections, and boost social confidence almost immediately.

3

Week 3

Skills That Earn Respect

Reputation is built through everyday actions. This week focuses on character skills such as honesty, integrity, empathy, humility, kindness, gratitude, and taking responsibility. Students learn how consistently practicing these behaviors earns trust and long-term respect.

4

Week 4

Skills To Power Growth

Success is driven more by mindset than talent. This week teaches students the power of a growth mindset, goal setting, grit, learning through struggle, and understanding that some stress actually helps performance. Students learn how to push through challenges instead of giving up.

5

Week 5

You vs Your Phone: Who Wins?

Thoughts and emotions strongly influence behavior. This week helps students understand how their minds work and teaches them strategies to pause, reset, and respond more thoughtfully. The focus is on building awareness and emotional control in everyday situations.

6

Week 6

Control Your Mind, Control Your State

Negative thoughts happen to everyone, but they don't have to take over. This week teaches students how to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge them, and redirect their focus. Students learn they are not their thoughts — and that they have tools to manage them.

7

Week 7

Group Presentations: Put Skills Into Action

Students are assigned to small groups and given a topic to research, develop, and present. This week focuses on applying Boost skills in real-world scenarios—working with others, communicating ideas, and presenting with confidence.

8

Week 8

Practice Into Action

Students identify the skills they're already strong in and learn how to build on them. They reflect on their growth and create a plan to continue developing their strengths moving forward.
